How to the use ChatStat button on the Home Page

First click on the button. Then a new window will open like this one below.



When you click on the "Start Live Chat" button you will get a window like this.



At this point I should be there shortly. You can talk to me by typing in the box to
the right of the "Send" button and then click the "Send" button to send your reply
to me. We can carry on a "one on one" chat from there by repeating this process.

In the event that I am busy and can not get to your Chat Request,
you will get this message on your screen.



At this point you can click on "Leave a Message" or "Close". If you decide to
leave a message, you will get this window.



Please complete this form (Name, Email Address and a message if you like).
Then click on "Send Callback Request" You will then receive an acknowlegement
of your request that looks like this.

Your Message Has Been Sent. You can now close this window.

If the Chat button looks like this you can still leave a callback message by clicking on it. The window that opens will be as above.
